I would much rather DATE a demigod. Being a demigod requires too much responsibility and tragedy. Dating one is easier to handle. I suppose… Unless losing love is how it will end for me…
I think I would rather date a demigod because then I wouldn’t have to deal with going to the Underworld and doing with all the *BEEP* demigods have to go through, I’ll just let my boyfriend go off and deal with it for a few hours/days; and if it gets too crazy for me I can break up with him and remove myself from the issues (I know it sounds selfish but when it comes to personal safety/well being, shelfishness is a necessity).

I think I would rather be a demigod. That way I know that I could protect everybody around me (hopefully) and make sure that whenever I’m with someone, they’ll be safe from potential harm. I would definitely rather be one. Then I have easier access to them, and I’d inherit cool traits (like, hmmm, flying!), which would allow me to ahem, get away with them – ALONE – more often. Plus, I’d totally be completely worried about them if I wasn’t, and I feel like we would be on uneven ground if they were a demigod and I weren’t. I’d feel helpless, or powerless, and I don’t like inequality in a relationship. Totally can’t wait to read DREAMLESS, even if I don’t win.

That’s a difficult question, there are definitely benefits of both. How come I can’t be a demigod and date one like Helen? But if I have to chose, I guess I’d rather be one.
