This is my gorgeous husband arranging the gorgeous flowers my friend, and author, Amy Plum sent… all the way from France… for my book birthday.
Could one ask for a better friend? (Or a hotter husband?)
Merci, mon amie!!

Thanks to everyone who participated.
Okay, here’s the thing. There can only be ONE winner. But that doesn’t mean that I didn’t keep track of you all. So now I feel… well, guilty. I wish everyone could win. So I have to come up with another contest. Something fun. Something with a beautiful sparkly prize at the end. Something Greek.
*toga. toga. toga. she chants*
This is top secret stuff. Stuff we need to talk about later. You’ve been warned, and soon you will be informed.
Did I mention a certain NECKLACE at the end of the toga party?
More details later.
So… without further ado, the winner is…
Raychelle Smith!
Congratulations, Raychelle. Please send me you address and I’ll get the iPad2 out to you ASAP.
Once again, thank you all for your love and support. You have made this a very special day for me.

Thank you all for the lovely Book Birthday wishes!
Today is a very special day. Not only is it Starcrossed’s Book Birthday, but today the tour stops at The Story Siren.
Come watch me and my cat Onion read a bit from my book on Kristi’s blog. This here’s Onion… Hi, Onion!
How can a cat read, you ask? Tune in to find out!!!
While you’re there be sure and grab the 12th piece of Lucas’ unsent letter to Helen, which you will need in order to win a Kindle3!
Kisses,
Josie (and Onion)

The US version…
Okay. This is it. My book is officially out. Technically, it’s been out for days already, but who’s counting?
I thought I’d be all hyper, and I am. My husband keeps saying that I’m “lapping” him as I walk around the kitchen counter, babbling incoherently about whether my book is going to sell or not. I already made him promise to still love me even if no one buys my book. I’m not taking any chances with this one.
But I have to admit I feel kind of… zen about this too. It’s like sending your kid off to prom. You raised ‘em right, and now they either will or they won’t.
Thanks everyone. I didn’t do this alone, and every day I thank my lucky stars.

It’s curtains on the contest! (boo. hiss) Yeah, I know.
I’ll be announcing the winner tomorrow at 12pm PST. I need to have my breakfast and coffee before I face the daunting task of drawing a name out of a bag.
Best of luck, and thank you all for entering!

Josie

One day left before the “official” release of Starcrossed! *vrasts*
Today the tour stops at Candace’s Book Blog, where I pop in for an interview with the lovely Candace, and reveal my crush on….
I guess you’ll just have to stop by to find out.
And while there be sure and pick up the 11th piece to Lucas’ unsent letter to Helen, which you’ll need in order to win the Kindle3 with the Starcrossed Gelaskin!

It seems as though bookstores have gone ahead and put my book out early. Some of you have sent me sightings. Here are a few:
This one was taken by Rachel Clarke from Fiktshun.
This one was taken by Courtney Moulton, author of Angelfire.
This one was taken by Anna from The Bursting Bookshelf.
This one is from Blaire Kensley author of The Creed Series.
And this one was taken by Momo from Books Over Boys, who said there were only two copies left in the store!
Thanks, y’all!! <3
